I tried to draw an Undertale NoLegs!
Loved my first playthrough of the game, genocide was alright, and I’m doing pacifist now.
I will make so many references to Undertale in EBF5!
YouTube user CreepyNinja has made a lot of good videos of Bullet Heaven 2 on Heavenly difficulty. If you want to see how the game is supposed to be played at higher difficulties, or just want to see how pretty some of the bosses look, you should check out his videos. I think he’s recorded the whole game now (so there’s spoilers, obviously), and he’s even beaten some of my high-scores!
Gloops! I sketched these guys a while ago, so here they are.
These are the last foes I’ll make for a while; I’m moving homes and then I need to do some more research into what game engine I should use for EBF5. It could be Flash again (simplest option), it could be OpenFl (better multiplatform support, but some retraining required), or maybe something else (lots of retraining, might rule out a web version).
EBF5 current foe count: 20
Hey guys, a bit late but the Bullet Heaven 2 soundtrack CDs are ready!
These are the nicest bunch we’ve done so far: the soundtrack is split into two CDs this time because the tunes loop once like they do in most professional game soundtracks.
If you like Phyrnna’s music and would like to support our merchandising efforts, consider picking up a copy. It’s probably the closest thing you’ll get to a physical release of my games.
Bats are back! Bats are cool.
There’s two that are updated versions of old bats, and two new types.
The interesting part is the plasma ball attack – it moves from the caster to the target. I didn’t do that with any spells before, so that’s something that I’ll try some more in EBF5. It’ll be useful for throwing-style attacks.
Anyway, which is your favourite bat?
I swear the next foes will be something completely new!
EBF5 current foe count: 16
