Remember the Furry Slimes from EBF3? Well they’re back, and cuter than ever!
I’m not really sure what animals they’re supposed to be though.
Anyway, I don’t know whether I should make them all appear together, or whether to have a different slime in each area. Thoughts?
Either way, they’re all functionally the same foe.
They look like they should be down somebody’s basement raiding their supplies. :yay:
Perhaps their special ability should be to steal your items. Each type will have a sort of predilection, as indicated by the item they’re donning.
I like the way these look very much. And I also like the idea of regional slimes. But if you do that, then the ones in later areas will be slightly different from other areas, seeing as how they would need to be way stronger. You can’t have a creature as weak as one in ashwood forest being in the god temple. But other than that they could be essentially the same. Maybe give each of them one weak elemental attack? And have the ones in later areas also have a side effect by the attack, such as stun or poison for ones in the factory.
you could probably just spam them everywhere and make it so every step is a fight.
Related question: Will there still be the one with the Mohawk?
Unrelated question: Have you thought about doing a Taunt skill for soaking up damage for the team? At the moment distributing health, evasion, physical and magical defence is pretty much done evenly or at best given to the character with revive, so a character that can focus on holding enemies attention while the others blast away would bring a more counter-enemy side rather than just lining up combos. Just thought that since gameplay is multi-character based it might be sort of nice to give a clear use for half the stats.
They’re Back!!! :hurray:
cool
a slime mouse is my fave  :love2:
looks great! :yay:
By the way, ignore what I wrote about elements in this article, because,as you wrote, this is the same foe. :bleh:
I think it is a great idea to put different slime in different area, like orange cat and bunny with fungi slimes for Ashwood Forest sub-area,mouse slime for every sub-area and cat with bone slime for Graybone cemetery sub-area.Also,you could make more different types of Furry slimes, for example:for Lankyroot jungle sub-area-a tiger,a monkey or a paradise bird slimes with a piece of meat or fruits on their heads, for Crystal cave sub-area-a wolf and a bat(flying) slimes with angry faces, for factory sub-area-Thunder elemental and thunder bird slimes, capable of thunder and wind elements with Kawaii faces and for Godcat temple-Earth dragon and Wind elemental slimes with neutral faces.
Good luck with making more new enemies :hurray: .
