Last bunch of guns!
I tried some different shapes this time – hopefully they’ll still work with the animations. Either way, I’m going to change Lance’s animations a bit so he keeps these guns out for longer and shows them off some more.
Which one’s your favourite this time?

I strongly support the use of pistols. I rather like the third one in the second row. :tongue:
Weird seeing you here of all places, considering the only other place I’ve seen that user name is quite… monsterous.
Love the electric one from the last post and the death pistol on this one, even though I like the animations for shoulder mounted guns much better. :hurray:
I don’t really like the flamethrower all that much.
This is for one reason. The metal framework at the end reminds me of the Phlogistinator.
Lance should be too skilled to take a W+M1 approach!

BTW thanks for all the content, I absolutely LOVE the old wester revolver (wind maybe, Maybe it has bad stats but has a chance of attacking twice?, (that would be cool))
ANYWAY i feel that incentive for collecting medals would be good, Like in EBF3!

I never really liked using lance in ebf4, but these guns look so cool, I really wanna see these animated.

unfortunately if you bringing back the accelerator in its full glory then I dont know how much time i will be useing these awesome new guns, not that i dont like the new guns its just the accelerator was one of (in my opinion) the most BROKEN weapon in the series! 🙁 🙁 🙁
Sweet, the entire lineup of weapons is insane. EBF5 is going to rock.
Pretty much all the mechanical designs. The more “organic” guns just don’t cut it for me.
Some new animations for lance would be appreciated, alot of these new guns leave me confused as to how they would be used with all the weird shapes and such.
Anyway, guesses from left to right:
Mini nuke launcher: Now this is absolutely the replacement for the mini bomber, i got confused first as to where the barrel is on this thing but it turns out it just shoots giant shells. The trigger seems really weird though, if that second rod poking out is a trigger…
New quake maker: I was sad about it being replaced with the cocunut thing, but this one is absolutely a fine replacement, well done.
Demon wing gun?: This one seems really weird, and honestly, not that fitting for lance. Don’t really know what this one will do.
Acid gun: I had doubts about the green bazooka from last batch, but this one is absolutely a poison weapon, looks pretty nice.
Revolver: No idea what this will do or how it would work, current animations would be really weird for this one.
Flamethrower: Well what do you know? An actual flamethrower!
Water pistol: This really looks like a water pistol with a knife attached, i have no idea why though…
I think the first gun is actually supposed to resemble a harpoon launcher :wut: With that blade sticking out, chain at the end, and lever rather than trigger. Though naturally, it won’t work in such way. Those red lines bring Fusion Sword to mind.
Not like EBF4 didn’t feature “an actual flamethrower” 😛 Although this one looks way funnier, while the previous had a bit more grounded design.
Those guns in a second line… Are they supposed to replace gunblade, or something?

I really hope you can animate the revolver nicely. That thing looks AWESOME!
I like the wood cannon from the last set, and the whole middle row from this set.
the only thing is I’m noticing some inconsistency in the barrels? Some of them are angled slightly toward the camera and others aren’t. In most, but not all, you can see the inside of the barrel. For all I know they’re animated, or someone else mentioned it and I didn’t read or it’s intentional, and in game where there’s only one visible at a time you probably don’t notice, but in an array it’s very obvious that the bottom right one here, and several in other sets are angled differently, and since I don’t notice any twisting in the handles, it comes off as if the barrels were bending in an escheresque way.
sorry for being nitpicky…
You’ll never see more than one of the guns on screen at the same time, so it probably won’t be a problem in that case.
The Fact that work on EBF5 has started makes me so happy. :yay:
