I spy a second Medkit skill. Is our little Lancey getting a group medkit healing move? Based solely on EBF4 as comparison, this sounds incredibly awesome. It’d be nice to have a second member of the team able to cast heals on the whole party, if I’m assuming correctly.
Textwall skill review round 3 GO!
Snipe Line, Basic attack, Crush, Airstrike now lookin to be a very big part of making lance a unique character, Poison Gas, Tank Guns (where is Tank Cannon?), Plasma Shot Line, Dark Shot Line basically recycled, Flame Shot Line, Hyper Beam getting a Stage 1/Basic, Solar Flair…Solar Flare, however you spell it is now a base skill, Medipack getting…some sort of upgrade (And hey! No empty slot!) Oblivion, bring back the dual element from EBF3, its what made it useful, prolly nothing new about Nuke besides maybe having an instakill chance?
Now that round 3 is over, I will (hopefully) return in a few days to do round 4 and, hopefully, round 5.
Dual-element was a nice idea, but it made it a bit difficult to use the Limit Break optimally. Bomb is (was) a powerful element anyway, which I guess is why you would use Oblivion.
hey, i noticed something: Matt and Natz have both 27 skills in total (without the limits break), but Lance only gets 23 (without the limits break). Was it intentional or these are not all the skills he has ❓ By the way, good job Matt you are awesome :yay:
I guess that airstrike changed a lot
but I hope it will keep it’s randomness
spamming the third lvl missile would be easy
maybe the special missile is now dark element
wait i am confused how will you evolve a skill will you upgrade it 3 times and then you can turn it into a stronger version or will it be like ebf4/ebf3? i like the first one more so when a skill gets to a certain level you can “evolve it” if the previous requests have been met
This looks pretty cool “pistol whip BECOMES crush” is a nifty boost.
All the abilities have been pretty cool so far, but I have to admit, I’m slightly sad that the bomb is getting changed around. I have to admit I REALLY liked the random chance effect in there, praying for a big bomb or hoping not to get the fat one-target shot…
Ah well, things change.
The icons look amazing by the way.
crush is lances unleash but it also dispels also if i’m in a fight and one enemy is almost dead i don’t want to overkill it and wait some turns to use it again

I would guess that less of Lance’s skills are replaced by stronger versions of previous skills.

He’s giving ’em cooldwons this time ’round. He’ll probably give this skill a significantly longer cooldown than the others, as for hyper beam.
I think the missile’s three options have become three separate skills. :yay: At least I hope so.

So tell me if I’m right; Airstrike is now 3 skills, and I presume the “Secret Weapon” rocket will have a much longer cooldown than the other two?
Will there still be a limit bar, btw, for limit breaks, or will those have cooldowns as well?
