I haven’t finalized which players will get what skills exactly. I’ll move them around a bit when the icons are done. I’m aiming for a better balance of elements this time. There will still be special skills for players to learn, but much less of them than before – there will be a bigger focus on summons instead.

Textwall skill review round 2 GO!
Fire Line, basic attack skill which matt doesn’t have for some reason, Acid appears to be a base skill for Natz now, Ice Line, Shine Line, Thunder Line, Pulse Line lookin Lit AF, Bubbles/Bubble Blast now a base skill and getting a stage 1/Basic, Syphon getting a stage 2/Expert, Lucky Star Line comin back cuz its the mascot at this point, Charm lookin half decent, Hearts: Auto-Revive, Stat boost or Morale, Regen as a spell returning thank GOD, Spectrum getting an upgrade? oh hell yes, empty space again, Genesis, Kyun, it’s natz’s limit breaks, nothing new.
Rainbow skill, AKA Pride Blast
I think that rainbow will be weapon effect like in EBF4 right?

Might be enhanced Charm. Like, multitarget instead of single.
IMO the star skills should be for NoLegs now, since that seems to be his primary weapon in either Bullet Heaven games.
But she’s had those forever! Maybe he’ll have his own form of them, or they’ll be a special that’s shared by just them.
