C to annoy you with extra work.

But seriously, it looks like the best. Probably closest to the older games’ style.

I have to say C, though I can understand why you might want to go with A (it looks faster). I think i will accept, without missing terribly the others, whichever you do use, so long as it is completely consistent. you could probably make everything with your left hand, but as long as it was consistent, I could put it down to artistic choice.

i prefer A because the shading at B is too strong and the shading at C is too light 😐

I knew people tend to choose B,C over A bc of the 3-D which looks more well-drawn, but A retain more of the classic 2D anime-style, which is also pretty good.

I cant put a finger on which one they are all good, except for the stone slime.. it has to B, bc only B has texture that is not smooth and shiny for a stone, the stone slime has to be rough and has irregular surface, the others are not like that and they are not natural.

Here are my thoughts: I’t highly depends on the whole content of the game-
A If you use brighter colors, want the game to have a bit of a happier mood and wan’t it to look more simplistic.
B if you want the enemies to look a little bit darker compared to the background and want them to look more detailed than simplistic.
C If you want the enemies to look a little bit darker compared to the background and want to keep a firm middle between simplistic and detailed artstyle.
You may not find this very useful, but you may take notes on some of the things I mentioned. Keep up the good work :stars: :stars: :stars:

I prefer ‘C’ since the shading is quite detailed and pleasing for the eye – also, compared to ‘B’, the highlights are more smooth and do not clash with the outlining :smirk:

I really like C’s style! The different shades of colors makes the enemies look more… alive. idk hard to explain, but i did like it more. 🙂

B has the highest level of detail so that one is my favorite. A is a bit to simplistic for my liking but C would also be fine. :smirk:

You’re free to use whatever style of shading you like.
I prefer A, but I like C too. B’s shading seem too much.

I prefer B because the shadows are more saturated and that gives more depth to the foe. In my opinion A has too little saturation and C has too much saturation, so that’s why I prefer B.

B, because it looks like there are pebbles on the slimes.

If those are supposed to be just highlights, then C because it has more depth than A.

I think simple A is fine
B actually looks like thoose light-blobs are protruding out of the slimes

B kind of bothers me. The slimes just don’t look right to me…
C is my favorite, but A is also good.

I prefer B because it has a bit more shading than A but doesn’t have too much :bacon:

    I would say B because
C look’s like it’s lacquered and to shiny for the eyes
    A look’s a bit unpolished
so B and BTW great work :yay:

id say either C or B though i prefer B some of the slime being a bit embossed gives it a more 3D kinda perspective i think although its not very noticeable unless you just stare at it long enough :yay:
