Went back and added some more special effects to the foe animations – some more shock waves and particles and stuff like that. Nothing fancy, just keeping the older foes up to date with the slightly better looking newer ones. Luckily it didn’t take too long.

Wow, there’s a lot of slimes in this game. Haven’t decided yet if I’ll bring back the slime status effect, but I think it was pretty cute, so I might have to.
I’m realizing that a lot of people follow me on mobile devices, and in general images get more likes and favourites on my blogs, compared to Flash animations. So I’ll be re-posting a lot of the foes I’ve done as images, and in future I think I’ll be posting them in both formats. Also, now you can see how they look in the updated art style!
I made some more types of cats and another slime. I remember people really liked translucent slimes, so I felt there should be at least one in this game.
Although the foe competition is over, I’ve picked another winner.

Here’s another bonus boss. This battle will be all about massive damage: the boss will hit slowly and hard, and will have tons of HP and few defences so you can hit back hard.
I originally imagined it being some kind of mining machine, but it ended up being much more wind themed instead.
